AFCEA Aberdeen is proud to offer annual scholarships for local students pursuing STEM disciplines.
Available Scholarships:
- Community College Transfer Scholarships - Financial aid for students transferring from Harford Community College (HCC) or other local community colleges to a 4-year institution. Focused on strong academic performance, this program supports STEM-related disciplines that align with National Defense.
- High School Scholarships - Awarded to outstanding, well-rounded high school seniors who are planning to enter a STEM-related undergraduate program. Past students have earned a 3.5 - 4.0 GPA and score over 1300 on the SATs.
- HCC Program Scholarships - Cyber Defense Certificate Scholarship ($10,000) and Biotechnology Scholarship ($5,000), awarded to HCC students enrolled in these academic tracks.
